The Audiovisual Technicians are vital members of the Digital Services Department and are responsible for using audiovisual technology to advance the department’s primary focus of supporting digital storytelling and digital access. They are responsible for the overall success and maintenance of audiovisual operations within the organization, including responding to audience needs, maintaining audiovisual inventories, and recommending new products and services to meet the needs of presenters and audiences. The Audiovisual Production Technician is the lead for coordinating the fulfillment of technical support needs for all live productions that serve our audiences, as well as the creation and distribution of related time-based media in the form of audio and video. This is a full-time exempt position with a salary of $40,000 plus benefits.

The Mariner's Museum and Park is looking for a full-time Custodian to join our team! This position will be expected to work 40 hours a week with rotating and frequent weekend shifts as well as occasional late evenings. This position starts at $12.00 an hour with an excellent benefits package for all full-time employees. We ask that you be a reliable team player as well as a self-starter that’s comfortable working independently.
The Custodial team is an integral part of The Mariners’ operations. They support our team in 3 key areas: Routine cleaning and general support within private office spaces; routine maintenance and cleaning of public museum spaces to include restrooms, kitchens, and gallery spaces; and supporting event operations with setup and breakdown of our rentable spaces (we host a lot of weddings and corporate events!)
The ideal candidate must be able to pass a background check and drug test prior to employment. They must be able to stand and move around for extended periods of time in addition to being able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. They must have knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies. Prior experience cleaning in a commercial setting is a plus!
