Duration:  90 minutes

Native pollinators and plants are just some of the spectacular living things that make up the Mariners’ Park ecosystem! In this program, students will become nature explorers and discover the wonders of Mariners’ Park through sensory engagement and storytelling.

During this program, students will rotate through different stations both inside and outside of the museum. Students will observe pollinators and plants in their native habitat along with the colors, shapes, and textures that surround them. The insect excitement continues as they read a book about pollinators and play a game that highlights their relationship with different plants. Science and art collide when students create their own art pieces and reflect on how they fit into the ecosystems around them.
